This exciting project was a gut renovation of a small, poorly laid out apartment that initially had two tiny bedrooms, a wet room and a small kitchen. Tearing down all the interior walls allowed EM Bespoke to create an open kitchen that spills into the dining and living areas so the client has room to entertain, as well as a large bedroom with ample natural light. Small details are important to us, so we had fun integrating a concealed cat box into the custom bathroom vanity.
